Momentary Affliction

Momentary Affliction

Good Day and God Bless Disciples and Ambassadors for Christ Jesus.

How do you react when faced with troubles? Do you run and hide? Do you roll up into the fetal position to cry and sulk? Or do you continue to put your trust in our LORD and Savior by praising Him, worshiping Him, and trusting that the Father has a plan for the tribulation you are experiencing?

The Word of God states:

2 Corinthians 4:17, “For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,”

Let us have the understanding that Christ is in control of our situation and momentary affliction. As we continue to lean on Him, His Holy Spirit will comfort us, guide us, lead us to victory but we must pray and then listen. Let us not just send up prayers and petitions without remembering that we still have our part to accomplish. Let us not just make a request to God and then just sit and wait for Him answer. Show the Father that you are still willing to do His will even though there is conflict in your life.

Know that whatever we are going through Jesus is on our side. He is not dead but alive and He is the only Way to the Father.

Job 19:25, “For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth.”

John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Jesus Loves You!
